Through the research on semiconductor materials in such fields as energy production, storage, transmission, conservation and utilization, Energy Photonics Division resolves the common key problems of semiconductor optoelectronic devices, such as low energy conversion efficiency and poor stability, and designs and develops new semiconductor optoelectronic devices.
